Very musical speakers! Nice brand. Very respected here in France. Glad to see good stores like yours showing some interest towards more boutique-like brands. I think you guys will enjoy this pair of speakers!

I had the previous version with the same finish. I've sold them and that was a bad idea. They really sound fantastic. Hope you will enjoy them as much as I did. By the way, very easy to drive.

Hello Adrian. So glad that you guys got these speakers in. I feel like they are gaining a bit of momentum ever since another reviewer talked briefly about the Swing. I've extensively heard the Sansa and Edena Evolution in my own room and can attest that these speakers, in fact, are an exceptional value when compared to many high end speaker brands. It is exceedingly hard to find a somewhat efficient, modern speaker today that doesn't require gobs of power or very, very expensive amplification to sound their best. Sadly, they don't get around as much outside of France but there really is so much going for this speaker. I totally agree with MR Raphael Meillat that I also believe you guys will thoroughly enjoy these speakers. I have driven them with everything from a Chi-Fi 50 watter tube integrated to my Audio Research Reference 160S. Just magic.

I spent quite some time auditioning speakers here in France and was somehow "pre-conditioned" to some well regarded manufacturers which left me cold somehow. After auditioning around 6 pairs of speakers at various dealers I tumbled across the Apertura brand at a shop in Toulouse and was absolutely smitten. My wife who trudges with me between hifi dealers had exactlty the same view, my reality check. We bought their small tower speakers called the Sensa. A truly musical instrument. If you can listen to this brand I recommend you give them a try. The Edena are out of reach for me, sadly.

Looks interesting, hopefully there will be a follow up video on the sound. Btw, all that McIntosh and the Pathos amp is taking up a lot of the room🙂

I also heard them at a dealer knowing nothing about them and I was impressed. Even more so when they told me the price. Granted that was on a system 6 times the price of the speakers but none the less very impressive.

Traded my horn speaker for Apertura Edena Evolution in mid 2021. Mine is Cherry colour. This speaker is engaging, musical, lively and open. Matched well with Spec RSA-V11 with 50watts @8ohm - can definitely play loud. Apertura is certainly making some waves in Singapore!

Camera makes the speaker look like a vintage 2000 look. On speaker reviews try to identify if the speakers are 100% made in house or not. If outside contracted please ID the maker. Also the warranty length, transferability and where service can be performed. Thanks.

In the world of high end audio, this would be considered a midrange priced speaker.

@@greenbeginner3353 in the world of hight end audio these cost peanuts. Problem is, they look to be seriously overpriced from here. Look is the key word. Maple veneer, painted cast metal "outriggers" and tiny drivers. Maybe they sound like a million dollars
