There are people who are just rude and entitled. Just ignore them. (Though it would hurt my feelings, too.) I don’t really have any ear problems (that I know of), but if I’m ever able to “cross the pond” visiting your clinic is on the top of my to do list. I just have itchy ears at times. I’d get them checked where I live, but I don’t know who to trust. My husband had a wonderful ear, nose, and throat (ENT) doctor who flushed out his ears and told him to stop using cotton buds. She passed away and I’m not really sure who to see. Meanwhile, I’ve learned a lot from you both. Rhys, you remind me of my husband. I started watching your videos right around the time he died. Your similarity to him was very comforting. I’ve stayed for all the good information and the great relationship you have with Taylor. Thanks. 💗

To everyone that complains about the hairs-did you hear Rhys say, “as long as we can see it’s fine.”? Guess what-Rhys and Taylor being able to see to safely perform these procedures is the number one priority, not a bunch of loopy ear wax addicts (of which I am one) watching videos. The patient’s safety and comfort along with a high-quality extraction of wax and skin is now and has always been the priority for both of them which is what makes them great healthcare providers. Rant over, back to my addiction and these messy eardrums 😂

Rhys, I have an idea. It comes from my advisor in grad school. I was demonstrating the system I built to some non-engineer associates of his. Nothing went exactly right and I got flustered. He told me that they didn’t know what they were looking at, so I should have pretended everything was fine. So when you start getting so excited that you fall over your words, don’t get flustered, just say you’re speaking Welsh. That will fool most of us. 🤭 Thank you for the skin peels, they’re my favorite - and more so when you’re jumping up and down in your chair and yelling, “Look! Look!” How could someone not smile? 😆

I went to my local pharmacy yesterday as my doctor said I had a lot of wax Wish I was closer to you guys as the suction really hurt it turned out I only had a small amount but it felt like he was scraping the tube on my ear drum, he was shocked that I knew things about wax removal and that I wanted to see the picture of my ear lol xx Next time I'm traveling to Wales xx
