This was done around the same time as Kujo Beatdown and was supposed to drop a month ago for his sister's birthday but his health, and other stuff, got in the way. The producer for this track was Nayz who had contacted Ren to tell him that he had also been fucked over by Kujo. Ren then gave him the same deal he had offered Kujo i.e. 50/50 on everything for a joint track. Poetic justice and a big middle finger to Kujo. Brilliant track !

The voice at the start isn't AI, it's Kit, an artist Ren met in Canada who has been a big collaborator/muse for the upcoming Slaughterhouse album. She also designed Ren's first few tattoos I think he said. I really love this one. The section in tribute to his sister is perfect for illustrating that true riches come from connection not money.

​@spoobini He developed several tics during the period of his psychosis. He goes deeper into them in the chapters. I'm not sure how many have stuck with him. Though you can sometimes hear him get caught up on words when he's speaking. That was one of them.

Always appreciate the way you guys strip down Ren's tracks so we can hear the vocals isolated, the piano isolated, etc....This song shot right up to my "Top Ten Ren" after the first listen, and now, after 20+ listens, it remains right up there near the top. I always get emotional when he gives his tribute/advice to his sister. Also, I never knew that sound that sounds like "CHI" is actually "TICK". Now it makes sense. I always knew it had meaning, just couldn't put my finger on what exactly. Thanks bros! Great reaction, as always....

Been waiting for this reaction 🥰 As another comment has said, this was in the pipeline when he got messed around by Kujo. The producer for this track (@nayz) ALSO got fucked over by Kujo years ago, the original plan was for Ren and Nayz to collab on "Kujo Beat Down" but Ren wanted that to be solely from him 100%, but the two of them came together for this one 🥰 The "sick boi" bar is 🔥🔥🔥 and also has some truth to it, the stress from everything to do with Kujo contributed majorly to his recent relapse in symptoms, making the sick boi sicker 💔 but he's on the mend 💜 Sorry for the lengthy comment 😂 love you guys, keep up the great work 🔥💜

"Money makes a sick boi sicker, somehow" reads as a double. On one level, it's a shout out to the stress over Kujobeats, and the Sick Boi track, that contributed to his recent relapse. On a second level, Ren's illness is chronic because of the way money works in the medical industry, meaning many illnesses like chronic Lyme, POTS, Fibromyalgia, and many others, do not receive much research funding, meaning we don't have effective treatments, much less cures, and even the treatments we do have are frequently financially out of reach for many.

We actually do not know if this one is the first song of the new album, because it kinda came out as an aftermath of Kujo situation - the guy who produced this beat also got screwed by the same person, so... Ren made this track with him 50-50 LOL

It was more directly tied than that... this was the second song Ren mentioned at the end of the video explaining the Kujo conversation. When he said Kujo Beat Down was a mad song but there was another to follow. I'm also sure I heard that the new album wasn't intended to have any rap on it at all.

The piano segment you isolated out I know where it's from. Ren is a huge old school gamer and that piano bit rang a bell for me. I'm certain he got it from the Silent Hill 2 soundtrack. It's called Promis (Reprise) - Piano Version. It was one of the first riffs I learned on the guitar. It's a very haunting loop.
