Notice the end line said, "No people no prophet." We need more "prophets" like this: those that speak truth, regardless of one's faith or lack thereof. I appreciate your open-mindedness! ❤

Ren wants us all to be more actively kind toward one another. He acknowledges how complicated things have become everywhere and emphasizes tolerance. He is very against the two party system. He wants us to work as a collective mind to form a better system not so easily corrupted. He’s aware of the complications involved in his little ask. Gotta love him!🤣❤️

I thought the idea if it being as a modern day letter from Paul to Timothy was quite poetic and beautiful, definitely a new take on the entirety of the song from a reactor , as opposed to the usual recognition of the verse from Timothy by itself, and it makes me smile to thinnk of it that way. I can't wait to share this view with my husband later today I think it will make him smile too. Thank you guys xo

Let the pastor check out 'Hi Ren'! Ren is a prophet ( and I don't mean it as blasphemy!) His health suffering brought him to the abyss and he thought he would die soon. So he created music that he wanted to be remembered by and it turns out that, while he will struggle for the rest of his life, he gave so many of the suffering a reason to fight on! He has another song ' suic..e which was banned from yt for a while. Until it turned out that this song turned many away from the ledge!

Thanks for those interesting thoughts on Money Ties. Ren brings a feeling of calm centeredness to the concept of money. It's a tool, and without love, money is rather irrelevant. Ren has been involved in a copyright strike with a producer and ended up in a health relapse of his Lyme disease. So "money makes the Sick Boi sicker somehow ". He worked with another producer also victimized years ago by the same guy, for this track. Ren split the money he makes with that producer,Nayz, in an effort to raise him up. ❤

First time I've watched this one since the election (I'm Canadian but what happens in the US doesn't stay in the US), brought a bunch of emotions to the surface again. Solidarity from your northern neighbour. Love the connection made to Lin Manuel Miranda - he's gonna love discovering Ren's theatrical/cinematographic sensibilities.

Ren's music and lyrics is a gift to us all. He makes us talk about difficult things in life & to care for each other. He's a very rare human being, to say the least. If there's anything that Ren despite it's for people to be needy and greedy. Interesting to listen to your conversation; thank you! Saludos desde Valencia 💚✌️

Hello gentlemen, I just subscribed to see more takes of your opinions on Ren's art. Pastor, if you haven't reacted to these Ren songs "Dear God", "Dominos" or the "Money Game" Trilogy & "The Tale of Jenny & Screech Trilogy, I highly recommend you do them soon😍. Also, if Pastor Chris hasn't reacted to "Hi Ren" yet, I think he would appreciate that artistic performance immensely. I'm assuming that Pastor Bryan is more familiar with Ren so I'm assuming he's already heard it. ✌❤

Very nice analysis and conversation about these song You guys should react also to Ren's money game part 3, which is like a prelude of these song Money Ties, Ren composed the piano arrengments and lyrics and produced the video as well, and plays the piano in the intro. Actually the whole trilogy of money games ( 1,2 & 3 ), go full circle about these topic of GREED , one of the seven sins in the Bible. Peace ✌

I love your emotions towards this. I do feel weird though tying this so tightly to sth politically happening in the US right now. I am not quite sure that that would be sth a welsh artist wanted to express by this. Then again that is just my opinion and I do enjoy that you find hope and encouragement in this. I do understand that so close to the choice that happend that this would be lingering in the back ouf your head

Sorry i am late- but you are right and wrong the love of money can cause people to do evil things. but knowledge is the root of all evil because without knowledge there would be no envy , jealousy or want and desire. If there wasnt knowledge there would be no need. Renegade mic drop! And these next 4 years will be all about money and hate of thy neighbors. there is no room from prophets in profit. We must protect REN! LOL

Trump derangement syndrome? I hope the next 4 years will put power back to the states and limit the federal government. Hopefully RFK will sort out the terrible condition of the American food industry which is outrageous. Hopefully at any rate. We will see.

Nah, RFK is a threat to world health. Vaccines had virtually eliminated many childhood diseases. Those diseases are making a comeback. It’s gonna reach a point where Americans aren’t welcome in many countries. It’s already reached a point where in many countries Americans aren’t welcomed like they used to be. It’s going to get so much worse with Trump back in office. 🙂↔️
