Almost nothing from that team, from the players, schemes, "culture", matched with Belichick's style in Cleveland. Belichick would've probably never even drafted Lewis had he been allowed to go to Baltimore in 1996, because of his height and playing style of speed over size.

The title is misleading. “He said who is Baltimore” because the city didn’t have a team prior to the draft. The Browns were making the transition from Cleveland to Baltimore to become the Ravens.
