Hazel is an introvert, as am I. The host did a fine job at respecting her space by letting her verbalize her responses without him being overbearing. This ultimately resulted in honest dialogue, which is refreshing because it permitted us viewers to have a more accurate snapshot of Hazel and her bandmates. Most under the radar indie rock band; absolute dreamy & refined hidden gem last several years. This red light tint atmosphere & chill intimate interview was conducted with perfect sound capture. Strong intro + first question out the gate = on point. I cherish Hazel English. Thanks for not f*cking this up.

Hazel's music takes me back to the zeitgeist of my childhood of some 60 odd years ago: Beach Boys, Beatles... Something so good old and familiar, and yet so fresh and innocent and bright and hopeful about her sound and vibe. Good for the heart and soul. This, my first viewing of her in a live performance, has increased my regard for her personally and her work immensely. She's a blessing to this earth, so brave and strong in her youth and wise beyond her years, there is no darkness she can't overcome.
