Audit Trail Review is just like record review. Before that you can not release the batch. So, Before release of the batch, audit trail review should be ensured and also the QMS notification should be closed.

The main point is the entry about user should be available - either the user as inactive or user is obsolete. Different terminologies are used by different computerised systems.
