If you tell them it's just sherbet, they can do a drugs test on the spot to prove or disprove for drugs. Once proved as non drugs, you would be free to carry on as you have not broken any law.

A few months back, I saw this bloke driving like he was hammered. He was all over the road and came close to crashing several times. I rang the police, but they said they didn't have anyone to send and that maybe a camera would catch his number plate to help track the whereabouts. I was shocked. I just hope he didn't kill anyone.
