No such thing as confidential. A community person who does counselling presented me with information out of my private medical records from 3 decades ago. I might add that person would benefit from therapy herself. There is a network of gossips in most communities. Hence the saying...keep thine own counsel. It is a nice building g. Lucky workers.

15:30 It's not just personal data which would be covered by the Data Protection Act. There is also confidential information about the business that the council is undertaking. It needs to go be released through official channels or through Freedom Of Information requests, not by being seen on a computer screen.

I actually googled this the other day as to why all cops in uk do this. I first i thought maybe their hands were cold but they do it all year round. It was suggested that the reason they do to try seem less intimating when approaching and asking questions. I wouldve thought it would make more sense if theyd keep their hands out infront in case of being attacked. Maybe AB can ask them next time lol

This is why it's so important to audit these places. The staff are now aware of the data breach and now needed to report the breach to the concerning authorities within 72 hours. Hopefully they have now taken steps to ensure all personal data is now secure. The interactions all seem to be professional and friendly enough. Good audit.
