@@andykelly7321 Actually, according to records, he's succeeded in only one claim against the police. He claims that it was for £1,500, but apparently it was for much less. The police don't reveal the amount of their settlements. Just to educate all you people to the reality of these situations: whether it's a claim for minor damage to property or for a short time under arrest, the police claims departments prefer to make small sum settlements, rather than have their officers in court defending themselves against spurious claims, because they know that in most cases the claimant will lose, and they usually won't have the financial resources for the police to recoup their officers' time and the legal expenses. So most, if not all settlements, are kept confidential, and they are on the understanding that the police admit no liability at all. These are out of court settlements, settled on the basis that the police admit no wrongdoing. If AB's claim had been for a more substantial sum, the police would have robustly defended it, AB would undoubtedly have lost and he would still be paying off the costs for years thereafter.

@@Bruce4lmighty Yes. By definition, a Police State is present when the state monopoly of violence is not under control by the people of the country. In the UK, the government is adding “feelings laws”, suppressing free speech. The Police seems totally unaware and illiterate with regards to free speech being a natural consequence of the fundamental human rights of gathering information. Again and again the Police is misusing the monopoly of violence based on their feelings about themselves, or based on feelings assumed to be present within someone else. Such totally uncontrollable measure scales of nonsense is not only corruption, but clearly violently dangerous and will over time destroy democracy. Their inability to straighten their forces, is quite visible by the total illegal gang badge so many of the wears. I’m waiting for the first auditor to rise a case, Auditor vs UK, in the Human Rights Courts. Their breaches are systematic. Especially with regards to their illegal covert filming, reducing a breach of human rights to “i’m not sure about our policy”. The stupidity and arrogance in the police force, and the lack of possible correction measures is repulsive.

I'm not excuses any behaviour from police officers in these type of videos, but it's a common misconception that they servants and are to do what they are told. Don't expect consumer service like you would at Mark and Spencers because you expect them to be 'servants'. @@curt3494 You can certainly say it's harassment, then i will leave and do it again, and over and over again, until you get a restraining order, where you will need to then provide evidence. And is that the type of incivility we'd like to share around? So i too don't get where you're coming from. If there is an issue with police power abuse, show the scenarios where this actually happens organically, not by someone deliberately picking fights by walking right up to the line of the legal / civil rights limit, then back down. Police are given extraordinary powers because they need to deal with extraordinary scenarios compared to the rest of us. I suggest you look into research into "outcome bias" where medical professionals make consistent misdiagnoses, but these things are being highlighted by Human Factors specialists and processes are created to combat this. THIS is how you deal with a problem. My point is this AB person is doing this in bad faith, and should be called out on it. I have no issues with him uploading his videos, but i have issues with other less self-aware delinquents that mightuse this type of videos to go out there and do the same with different police departments. When that is the case, what happens when there is a real threat? e.g. a terrorist pretending to be "auditing" but actually collecting intelligence on security? Exercising and abusing rights are completely separate concepts. A good society needs checks and balances to stop tyranny and power abuse, i agree, but there needs to be checks and balances on these types of videos and materials too.

They dont like that because they cant check him incase hes a threat. So the search him to find somthing but they never. The thing is everything is recorded on the police system and it will pretty much remain on the as suspicious activity even tho it isnt because he refuses to answer questions. He has no option except to refuse to give his name because all it would take is a disgruntled local that doesn't like him to make an accusation that he is a terrorist and he would be put on a watch list and probably arrested if it was not for the fact he has a youtube channel, documentation for what he is actually doing.

It's worse in Denmark. At least AB was released. In Denmark they would have choked him til death, removed the evidence and then called it an accident.

That first PC was an absolute disgrace to the force - lost her temper on multiple occasions and even threatened arrest as a result - any superior who watches this should have her reprimanded and retrained, or fired immediately.

Something needs to be done with the way police behave. They are actually getting worse. They are disgusting.

I am all for that but how about how he behaves the start of the video? He’s clearly trying to antagonise and look for a reaction. Why? As it gets him views.
@rileybenstead35742 жыл бұрын
@@rsn1257 Even if a member of the public behaves badly, that is never an excuse for the police to behave badly. AB was making a bit of a joke about her name, but she was too stupid to understand. He was breaking no laws, so she should have left him alone. Obviously AB wants to get views. The police have been instructed to leave auditors/photographers alone and ignore them, but that does not happen very often.

Some knobhead KZbinr who can’t get a proper job was harassing them, looking for trouble.
@rileybenstead35742 жыл бұрын
@@markwrench6334 The police should know how to deal with this situation. Makes no difference if it is a knobhead, an average member of the public or a person with mental problems, these cops failed to handle the situation the way they are or should be trained to handle it. Even if a member of the public is in the wrong, that is no excuse for the police to act in the wrong way. Police were wrong.

@owenorders5202 In case you committed an offense or a crime, yes. Not when you're doing a lawful activity. In this case, they just have the right to zip it and leave you alone.

@@AA-zs7jw Unless they detain you for investigation, the police have no idea whether you have committed, are about to commit, or are planning a crime, or are going equipped to commit a crime. Anyone who behaves oddly or confrontationally around the police is displaying legitimate grounds for investigation.

17:13, the tyranny of this officer. She clearly has a mental health issue when she was getting aggressive, and it amazes me how people like that get in the police force. There is zero training in the force these days and it is an absolute disgrace!
