Two things: 1. When you're doing the Sacrifice objective, you don't have to be in the circle. It only cares about whether the enemies are in the circle when they die. 2. Rerolls for Relics and Augments aren't limited. They're completely separate from your normal rerolls, and you can use as many of them as you have HP for. There's no limit.

Check 29:20 again, and you'll notice a double infused Astral Orbs is the same as a non-built rune burst. Which implies RUNE BURST IS OVERPOWERED

​@OHRyePlays I would love to see you try to get at least one infusion on all four of your spells, and I additionally have a combination of spells that this could work in your favor with. Rune Burst I think should be your first spell, followed by Solar Pulse and Falling Star as your second and third (no particular order for the two), and either Moonarang or Magic Missile as your fourth spell. What say you?
