Dan the Fuse Box guide is on the passenger side(right hand drive) of the door piller on the edge of the dash.

Not a boring video, informative. Some good ideas, and the 'stickers' is a good one. I quite like the idea of the 'Qashqai' stick on for the tailgate but it would have to go on the lower part of the tailgate under the number plate. Would something at the front work... but then, where? If I can find my thinking cap, I'll put it on. Also interested in the upgrade of the 'stereo screen' even though it likely will be expensive. Benefits may well outweigh the cost, or offset it. One thing I was able to do with my Fiesta was to get what was called a Dress Up Kit for under the bonnet, under the hatch/tailgate. It replaced all the crappy black plastic screws with silver ones, and a 'ring/washer' that the screw sat in (not good with technical terms) was in anodised orange. Other colours were available. It looked good.

You should could do a video on a radio upgrade the dasaita max 10 is a excellent replacement to the standard radio which is a piece of 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Dan, Re the fuse box guide. You probably know already and I am not 100% sure myself, but on the removable side panel of the dash, passenger side where the glovebox is, on the inside of it, is a list of the fuses. Do not think it says what they are for, and I know they do not correspond to the actual layout of that fusebox. It's not like it is a 'map' showing where each one is, least ways not that I can comprehend.

Hi Dan, Relatively new to the QQ owners club (May’21) and was wondering if it’s possible to add a second rear fog (perhaps a European left hand drive opposite model?) as my OCD runs wild with this only being an Off-Side fog and the other being a blank. Thanks in advance, keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Hi Dan, I recently bought a 2017 (67) Qashqai 1.6 petrol and find it a bit noisy, as in road noise, I thought it might have been quite a quiet car, just wondering if it's just mine or are all Qashqai's quite noisy with road noise?

Mines not exactly quiet, but a lot can be down to the tyres so check to see what rating they are by googling the brand and model.

Sorry Dan, I just have to ask this. Has anyone else had an issue with the alarm system? Today, 1st August, I have been out to the car twice as the alarm is going off, but cannot tell why this is happening. All windows are up, bonnet shut etc, etc. I missed it the first time as it stopped before I got to it. I cannot see/tell why this keeps happening, and it has happened before on odd occassions, but not as much as today. The car is in the car port and is 90% covered, a bit of the back is sticking out. The weather is fine, a smidgen of a breeze, a few sparrows mooching about but nothing else I can tell. Anyone experienced this? 13:05 UPDATE It just went off again as I was writing the above. I just evicted a fly from inside the passenger footwell that was in there. Surely a fly wouldn't set an alarm off?

Hi BobH809, I had this twice and first time was a fly, second time a 🕷 spider check behind interior mirror.

@@terryfitzsimmons4180 Thanks for that Terry, I will do that later as the surround on the screen is loose. Since the fly was served with an eviction notice the alarm hasn't gone off again. Unfortunately we have a lot of flies around here out in the country, plus, we also get cluster flies in the loft. Thousands of them come out from under the roof tiles when it gets warm enough after winter and their spawn go back in when it gets colder again.
