I tried contacting the number listed for UMR but it's only for members and no one can assist in enrolling. I was given 4 800 numbers but no luck. if you have any additional info that would be great

My UMR ivf insurance plan is tied to my employer specifically. So, I don't have any other 800 numbers to provide unfortunately. I wish you the best in your search for coverage.

My insurance is through my employer. It is named UMR which is a medical plan product offered by United Healthcare. However, the UMR plan can be purchased through an employer only. Not privately. I was referring to the Women of Color Donor Egg Recipients Facebook group. They were encouraging the group members to research your medical insurance plan document for details on possible fertility coverage that may be included.
