I'm also a pen and paper person. I put appointments in my phone but just as an extra reminder. I remember things better if I write it and then can see it anytime

When it starts to cool off chop up apples and sweet onions, cook in butter and a small amount of maple syrup and serve over pork chops seasoned with salt, garlic, and pepper. So good!!!

I make banana bread in bundt pan, easy to slice and doesn't take as long to bake. Glad to hear a young person still likes pen and paper. Old Nana but pen and paper here😊

Pen and paper 80's baby here. While dont have the best handwriting, writing is therapeutic. I slso feel once I write it down its official. Lol I also use a digital calendar and grocery list. I keep our books we read on loose leaf too. Somehow it got wet and i decided i definitely need to find a free digital way to log those.

I'm a pen and paper person too! I'm also an actual book person. I love to read and read often, so my husband always offers to buy me an eReader of some sort, but I am not ready yet. I'd rather go to the book store and pick out a book and read it. I am reading The Next Mrs. Parrish now. The first one was so good. This one is the sequel! ❤

As you like to freeze dry and powder results, I was wondering if you have made banana bread using freeze-dried bananas that have not been rehydrated. In other words, banana powder mixed into the dry with rehydration as a result of mixing in wet ingredients.

Hubby has been working non-stop 6 days a week. I've been praying and thinking about y'all daily as well. Thank you for your prayers.
