Just a hint for adding protein to a hot beverage…it works best to add warm water to your protein powder(temper it), , and stir it up to make a slurry, then add to your hot coffee, and it should blend well after that.

I’ve had trouble with the collagen powder, not mixing well also and I also love to put it in my coffee. Try putting the powder in after you’ve made your coffee already, and as soon as you put it in it immediately and it dissolves really fast.
