August Bottle Haul: We Were Stupid This Month... AGAIN

I picked up a Story of the Spaniard as well when I found out they were discontinuing . Love Compass Box. Will be interesting to see where they go now that John Glaser is gone, but James Saxon has been doing a great job with recent blends, including Art and Decadence. My concern is how even the web site has changed.. Not sure Transparency is the priority as much as it was in the past. I hope they can continue to source great barrels and excellent in unique blends.

We tried of bunch of the Extinct blends at an event and they were pretty tasty. Kinda seems inevitable that the bigger a brand becomes, the less transparent they are.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I think you always do a good job. Go out there and find what you love because you guys seem to love what you're doing and I love that and I love your channel. I had to pick up those Benchmark FP and SiB's when I passed through Indiana. Amazing for the price. Early Times, very close friend Ryan Hallberg gave me a black cap and I adore it. I'll need to pick up that Ancient Age. New Riff SiB is very tasty. I've only had the Origin and Old Fo from your mid-range bottles. I love seeing the variety. This and next month are HUGE! Cheers.

I was able to get 3 Weller 12 bottles for $49.95 each. I need to join a group bc I have an extra bottle of 1792 sweet wheat & aged 12 to trade. I didn't enjoy them as much as 1792 BiB and SB.
