Hi Torryn. I just absolutely loved this set up of Kenya. You had taught me a little bit more on the Giraffes that I didn’t even know.😊👍🦒 Also, it was so cool to see you draw the African Elephant because they are my favorite.❤️😊🐘 It is so very sad that there are people there who want to go kill them and other animals for their gain. I really do hope that before all the African animals are totally gone that what animals that are still there can be saved and they can continue to live and be seen by humans who love them so much. Yes I completely agree Sue, it's unbelievable that people would want to hunt these incredible creatures! Elephants are my absolute favourite too so I enjoyed drawing this cover page so much. My fave drawing on there though was the leopard the spots were so fun to draw! X

I actually did a medical trip there in 2017. The people are AMAZING and some of the best people I’ve ever met in my life. The Masai Mara safari is a definite bucket list trip. I loved seeing your set up!

I have often wondered why animals don't change their path, since other animals always prey on them, like you mentioned the alligators line up to eat the wildebeasts, but bears go get salmon on their run, etc.

My chiropractor was a big hunting enthusiast. He explained to me that hunting done properly is a source of revenue for the location where the animals are hunted, helps the population by culling the older or injured animals. He had gone on a big trip to Africa and got 3 animals. An elephant, a lion and a hippo. They used hippo meat as bait for the lion. He had the tusks from the elephant on either side of one if the doorways in the office, over 6 feet of ivory. They use the money to prevent the illegal poaching and help the other animals. I wouldn't have the stomach for it
