Yup, this is definitely their darkest song in my opinion, at least for the first 2/3. The song then picks up a more positive tone and lyrical direction towards the end though.

Everyone stating Will doesn’t add anything to this is wild. This reminds me of the dual vocals they did in Carpe Diem. Absolutely awesome. This song was already the standout off this album, but now it's even more insane. Forgot I was listening to a new version of it, and then Will came in and scared the hell out of me. I absolutely love the lyrics of this song - the story it tells, the message behind it - but I always felt like it went a little under-appreciated by most fans that I'd seen online. Hopefully this version changes that.
