In today's video spend this August summer day with me! It's been a bust couple of weeks so we're spending a day at home catching up on things around the house and doing a little self care. I'm chatting about what life has been like lately, working out, summer fun, birthday celebrations, and my most favourite thing that we've done! We also have a little mid-week date night at an outdoor summer festival with all the yummy food.
