I read A Thousand Splendid Sun a few years ago and it is still one of my favorites. I read it while my cousin was stationed in Afghanistan and it was during Ramadan. Love love love Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. It’s about a man who gets attached walking home one night, wakes up in a different life, and has to find a way back to his original life. It gets a little sciency in the middle but it’s been my favorite book for years

Hey! I don’t know if you’ve ever tried this, but ever since I was a kid my mom has taught me to do the same thing with Downey spray except just using water spray!! If you’re ever in a pinch using water spray bottle does the trick too. So I always travel with an empty bottle and just add the water once I need it.

Those are my two favorite perfumes! I have worn Hypnotic Poison since it came out in the 90’s. The Al Haramain is a newer favorite , but I have used half the bottle and already have a backup! I always get compliments on these two scents. The Amber Oud Rouge smells so good when layered over the Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum cream.

The AL haramain amber oud rouge is a great dupe for baccarat rouge 540 extrait. It's not mainstream at all but I usually see it in the fragrance community for a dupe option, and I've owned 2 bottles in the past 2 years. Great for layering with many other fragrances!!!!!! OrienticaAmber rouge is another great dupe for the scent profile as well.

I've never tried the Charlotte tilbury so I don't how similar they are, but the beauty of joseon relief sun is spf 50 and has a beautiful glowy finish. I love it so much it's my favorite sunscreen ever!

I’ve thought about self tanning before but I didn’t want to deal with all that lol so that one sounds perfect. Also years ago I’ve tried self tanning and I just look orange. I had even tried getting professional spray tan, just doesn’t seem to work for me. I’ve embraced my fair skin. I found that the Bare sunscreen spray looks like that one. Makes my skin looks so glowy

Hey, i just started The Handmaids Tale a few weeks ago. I also heard that it is good but i also thought it was a historic story and then i saw the youtube thumbnail of the trailer for the fifth season and i was like "is she wearing a softshell jacket?!? i thought this was set in the 16th century..." and then i read the wikipedia article and immediatly started watching it. It is incredible and i think EVERY woman should watch this! It is so important and mindblowing and horrible and terrifying and its not far away from the thoughts some radical men have in these days and so many societies too. And that makes it even MORE important!

So for books, it’s an old one but loved re-reading The Giving Tree. It’s a dystopian theme as well. Also it’s a younger target audience so it’s an easy read but the series that includes “The Specials” and “The Pretties,” oh I thing the first one is “The Uglies,” is amazing. I used to buy the large bottle of the Downy spray but I started just putting a little downy liquid fabric softener in the bottle and filling it up with water and it works the same. So much cheaper to do it that way.

I feel like a good alternative to the italian sunscreen that is available in many countries is the bondi sands spf 50 fragrance free sunscreen! It leaves a gorgeous glow on the skin without being sticky and it goes on completely clear, feels just like a lotion

I tend to enjoy the same types of perfume you do. Recently I got YSL Libre le Parfum and I've never been more in love with a scent. It doesn't have the same key notes (Key Notes: Saffron Accord from Ourika Community Gardens, Orange Flower, Absolute Diva Lavender Heart) but there is something about this perfume that is AMAZING!
