AULA F3261 Defective Mechanical Keyboard - Shopee Return

Already reset and change/swapped Switches but still Letter F and L is not working. Also I noticed there's no seal while opening the Box. But the good things Shopee seller is cooperative. The item is now return and my money was refunded. Thats the story. Thank you!
