🕊️ Auld Lang Syne 🕊️ could be said to be a cultural collection whose small parts of the history of the people of 🏴 Scotland is beautifully crystallized into an eternal legacy as a form of music. For those of you reading my comment, I pray that the upcoming New Year 2025 will be a gold year of God’sblessings for you 🙏

Many years ago driving on my way to work there would be a kid around late 20s maybe early 30s playing the bagpipes and I knew I would be late for work that morning because I parked my car and watched him cross the bridge and then I drove a little bit further up as he went by I kept following him because I love the bagpipes. 😊❤

In my country, Japan,Auld Lang Syne was once sung when sending out soldiers going to war, and it is still sung as a farewell song at the graduation ceremony as a remnant of it. And there are such words in Japanese lyrics. 留まるも行くも 限りとて 互に思ふ ちよろずの 心の端を 一言に 幸くとばかり 歌ふなり These words are in number 2 of the song. The meaning is, "People who remain in this place and those who leave this place may be the last to meet in this place. There are many things to say to each other, but if you say only one word, you I sing with the meaning of praying for the happiness of. " Considering the existence of these lyrics and the current world situation, when I listen to this song, I think of the Olympic team who came to Tokyo during the Covid-19 pandemic period. Whether it's Japanese players who can come to Tokyo whenever they want to come, or foreign players who want to come to Japan but don't know when the Olympics are over, they can meet in Tokyo. I don't know when it will be. Because I love my homeland and my homeland, I cannot accept the military actions of the United States and the United Kingdom, which are the countries that scorched my homeland in World War II. But I'm not going to talk politically in this comment section, and I hope that the end of the war and their descendants' participation in the Olympics will continue as a symbol of peace. In the pandemic that continues to this day, it is unknown when, who, and where the virus will infect and die. Hopefully it's very rare, but some foreign teams may never be able to step on the soil of Japan again. Therefore, whether it is a Japanese player who stays in Japan or a foreign player who returns home, it is not always possible to meet each other in Tokyo again, so there will be a day when we can meet each other safely in Tokyo after praying for each other's happiness. I don't think there is a contradiction between wishing to come and the meaning of these lyrics. The first lyrics are interpreted to mean that we students study hard and graduate from school on the day of the graduation ceremony today, but the first two verses of this lyrics are "Poor but Hotaru no Hikari". It is derived from an old Chinese story that "some people have had a hard time studying with light, and some have succeeded in studying with the light reflected in the snow even if they are poor." I saw the world news and said about this number one lyrics, "People all over the world are having a hard time now, but one day people all over the world will be released from this pandemic like students graduate from school." I interpreted it so. From Japan, I hope that the pandemic will converge and all the athletes who participated in the Olympic Games will be able to meet again in Tokyo, the city where the Olympic Games were held and where I was born and raised.

Absolutely beautiful. Auld Lang Syne Should auld acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot And the days of auld lang syne? For auld lang syne, my dear For auld lang syne We'll drink a cup of kindness yet For the sake of auld lang syne And surely you will buy your cup And surely I'll buy mine! We'll take a cup of kindness yet For the sake of auld lang syne We two have paddled in the stream From morning sun till night The seas between us Lord and swell Since the days of auld lang syne For old acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind Should old acquaintance be forgot For the sake of auld lang syne? For old acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind Should old acquaintance be forgot In the days of auld lang syne? For auld lang syne, my dear For auld lang syne We'll drink a cup of kindness yet For the sake of auld lang syne
