Some pranks look like she knows in the back of her mind. The ones where she is invited by Jimmy somewhere. In them she acts differently once she realizes what’s going on. But when a prank happens in her day-to-day life I think her reaction is genuine from the beginning till the end. In this one I think she had no idea. When you work in a customer service you meet all kinds of weird people. It doesn’t necessarily raise a suspicion.
