Hi Aunt Jackie, well what a culinary treat this video is! I never thought about frying a jacket potato but I imagine the skin must go lovely and crispy, and unlike a regular baked potato the inside will still be nice and cold and not burning the inside of your mouth! Absolutely fantastic thinking 😊 Also, mustard on sausage and mash? Absolutely inspiring, truly haute cuisine of great Britain, your husband is a lucky man.
