車体側面のローラーを出したまま一般道のところも走っているのかな? 多分日本じゃ道路運送車両法とかで引っかかって、このシステムをそっくりそのまま導入するてことができないんだろうなぁ。名古屋のも停車しなくちゃいけないし。

it seems like mix transport system tram and bus. In the normal road, just drive another bus. In to the bus line, turn tram.

No, because there are guiding "rails" on both sides and the bus itself does have small wheels at the front sides connected to the steering. So, the bus driver keeps his hands off of the steering wheel. He only takes over at the end of the guided section.
