Its a question every newbie asks- and I strive to provide a detailed explanation of why expert players will always tell newbies to start with Bard as subclass, even if it seems boring.

I remember meeting this chap who swore by using gren as a sub because of the healing crystal. Being a gren main, I tried to convince him this was not a good idea, but to no avail. It was pretty funny though!

We have something that's called the trifecta of subclasses: Bard/HolySword/Shuriken. I think you forgot to mention HolySword as one of the viable subclass that some people use. Since there are bosses that are immune to shuriken debuffs, some people use HS for instant burst and self buff. It also debuffs enemies like shuriken does. As someone who have Guardian subclass but can't carry dungeons, that silence after you said "roar carries" gave me some mixed feelings 🤣 Edit: Some people have holysword subclass because their first character is a holysword. They can reuse the weapons that way.

I didn't forget to mention it per se, but I don't think its a good recommendation for newbies. But do I agree that if you have weapons you can reuse that makes a great case for using any sub class. As for guardian, honestly, I was very stubborn right from when bow was released and never switched it to bard even when switching became free, and back then I didn't even know what roar did, so I get it. It was my first awakening that finally forced me to use bard just once.

Hi ! I played this game a very long time ago but now i'm a bit lost. I got one question : On which server are you to have the most player ? and there is location where i can get updated builds for classes ?

The servers are split by language, and the english one has the most players. Unfortunately when the Gamigo/aeria forums and discord were shut down the majority of guides were lost. For now, I would recommend joining the new official discord where you can get answers from active players etc So far I've been hesitant to do specific guides for classes as there's only a couple that I really main well enough to do a proper in depth guide on, but I am hoping to work with some other players more familiar with each class to get into that in the future.

​​@@JMMidday yeah it's a very satisfying skill. Dodging targeted abilities and stuns that normally need to be tanked feels so nice and it's very useful too, I think it's a very fun alternative survival skill, I can talk too much about all the fun stuff that's possible with it
