Anna, I am so happy to have this aura scan because I am now sick with some kind of virus, which last night made my chronic pain issues more of an issue. However, what I take away from this video is that I have to let go of extreme stress that I was experiencing on Monday and Tuesday. I always feel so much more than 10 percent better after our sessions. This is the most connected to you I felt in the practice. I have been following your channel for some time now and always join the session when it comes out just because I enjoy your videos so much and they always relax me. Today I have bad pms, low mood, this weather here in the UK has been so cold and I was not being very kind to myself today.
