I always found reflexology to be extraordinarily grounding and relaxing. Also, just walking barefoot in the grass (not something most of us can do right now!) has always freed me from anxiety. So yes, foot work is valuable.

Anna, I really appreciate this ASMR reiki on grounding because I tested positive for Covid-19 and I'm on the mend. I've been so anxiety ridden over having Covid-19 because my Mom, my Boyfriend, and my Boyfriend's Dad also have caught Covid-19.
