हैदराबाद और औरंगाबाद कि शादी में यही फरक है के हैदराबाद की शादी मे 10 टाइप के खाने बनवाते है को आपको पसंद है खाओ , लेकिन पैसे की जितनी बरबादी होती है ग़रीब इंसान करज मे डूब जाता है ।। औरंगाबाद की शादी में सिर्फ नान खालिया है बनता जो बहुत टेस्टी और सेहत के लिए भी अच्छा होता है ।। कम खर्च कम बर्तन का इस्तेमाल ।। आपकी मर्ज़ी आपका टेस्ट आपका पैसा ।। जो मर्ज़ी आए खाए अल्लाह का शुक्र अदा करे के अल्लाह ने हम को अपनी नेमत आता की है खुद भी खूब खाते है और सब को भी खिलाते है ।। हैदराबाद में बहुत ज़्यादा वारियटिस है जो दिल को खुश कर देती है । औरंगाबाद में इतने टाइप के खाने नहीं मिलेंगे ।। ज़्यादा choice नही है

As salaamwalaikum Saba aapa. I made this recipe exactly the way this bawarchi showed except for godambi I used chirongi as it's not available in Saudi Arabia. It was made for dinner party for my friend from Aurangabad and it was huge hit. He loved it and complimented for taking him back to Aurangabad with this dish.. thanks a lot

For tari cover the gravy wen its done n keep on slow flame for ten min....switch it off and keep for more ten min...if u r using pressure cooker...dont open after ur last whistle...keep it for ten min....u will get nice tari
