Aurangzeb imposed the jazia on Hindus. He used to reward his muslim officers by giving them Rs. Per Hindu man wjo was converted and Rs. 1 per Hindu woman who was converted by them. Our Guru Arjan Dev was tortured to death on his orders because he refused to convert to Islam. Two of the sons of our Guru Govind Singh were killed in battle against Aurangzeb's aies. Two were tortured to death. Our Sikh religion was very peaceful till then but we had to take up arms to defend Sikhs and Hindus against Muslim armies. Please real history and not your Madarsa history.

Aurangzeb was a great reformer and statesman most of those who hate him and making myths around him to overshadow his achievements are mostly part of or supportive of the once rebellious and groups that he protected the state from.
