✏️ How to Create a Realistic Neon Letter in Procreate |

⭐️ MINI STEP-BY-STEP ⭐️👇🏽
Here’s my process for creating a realistic neon letter in Procreate:
1. Draw your empty 3D letter (keep the inside a lighter colour)
2. Create a neon tube using the Neon - Off brush from my Retro Sign Toolkit
3. Duplicate it in a darker colour to create a shadow (you can add extra details using the Pen - Smooth brush too)
4. Add light by using the Neon - On brush using a light colour
5. Add highlights using the Blend - Soft brush (make sure to do this on a separate layer and set that layer to Add)
6. Add details
7. Add even more details
8. And voilà! ✨

Good morning ☀️ Aurelie!! I know this is an older post but I wanted to try to recreate it. Can you provide me with some advice. How do you create your outline? I struggle with keeping my lines width the same size and my corners sharp? Should I being using a mono line brush that has a consistent width? Help please❤
