That part of the city looks kind of depressing; graffiti everywhere; homeless individuals, etc. The decline of America. Strange times we are living in!

Its technically against the law there but its not enforced by the police. Its only a problem is they loiter in front of a private business and the owner calls the cops. Otherwise the police ignore it, the girls usually stand on public side walks and streets. Seeing it in person was actually crazy.
