I'm 53...I remember when the bands YES and Floyd put out " new" material in the mid 1980s...90125 and A momentary lapse of reason..... I can hear them both in this song. AURORA would have been generally accepted by either bands crowd if she opened for them at that point in ....time This song here.. Murdee song ...her piano version. Soulless creatures. Black water lilies Eyes of a child Soft Universe All is soft inside Nature boy Under the water All across the universe I believe she has another handful of songs she could play for those specific crowds and be well received. Then she has a handful of songs that a 1980s Heavy metal crowd would like. Or she could open up for Bob Dylan... This woman's span/reach/ breadth of styles is impressive. Bowie, Queen are her peers in her ability to change... Her lyrics......Dylan, Neil Young, Lennon and Waters are her peers. I can only imagine what her body of work will be in another 10 years.

Probably my 100th time listening to this. I'm 53. This is a song I can see.. actually hear, Pink Floyd or Yes doi g in the mid 80s. This is Progressive Rock not Pop. Unique Artist Aurora is.

The part where she sings “and the colours are” sounds a lot like in Awakening where she sings “and she’s going on” Compare 0:46 of this song and 0:54 of Awakening

I can totally see it !! I also find that the part shere she sings 'feels like its all inside my mind' sounds similar to the 'feel the water in her body water's never going out' part in awakening. The two songs give me the same feelings (the only diff is that awakening makes me think of death and this one makes me think of someone) they are both about going on a journey alone. I feel accompagnied by water in awakening and by air in this song ♡

When was this song written? I find it oddly perfect that all colors "in the mind" have fallen being sung by an Artist who probably can visualize more vivid colors than any other human! I think its contagious because I could see the image in living color half way through the song :)

This sounds like it was recorded in 2014, 2015, probably a dropout from the first album. There are about 80 songs by Aurora, which haven't been released for whatever reasons.
