If people skip the intro and go right to the song, they'll miss the whole point of the performance. I belive there is a reason that this artist is not front and center in the industry, and its becouse she won't do what they tell her. I dont think the head honchos of the music industry like Aurora very much at all. Just look at the face of the guy from some top record company in the docu "Once Aurora" when he was nagging her to perform what he wanted and she simply said no, im not doing that. He was so pissed that a young girl stood up to him and didnt bend over backwards to please him. This are guys that dont like to be told no. Aurora is gonna make her own way to the top. Although, in my view she is already there.

Well, the "industry" is just that, an industry. It's designed for profit, not for artistic expression. Sexualization of black and brown women sell, so that's what tops the charts. But there have always been lesser known, artists who's music has a deeper meaning.
