When you discussed Phillips Park, you neglected to mention the best part of that area: the POOL. The Phillips Park Pool has an inclined swimming area, lap lanes, a playsand area, a water play area, a dive pool, and multiple water slides. (I dont like most slides, but there is one here that is not too fast or too tall, so I enjoy it a lot. The other is faster and steeper.) Best of all, it has a Lazy River to float on and enjoy for all ages. There is another similar pool over by Blackberry Farm. They are both very well-maintained and very clean.

@anneahlert2997 - I apologize for taking a bit to respond (it's been busy), but you are correct about the pool! Marilee took the kids there all the time when they were younger. Thank you for your contribution!

You should check out View St. & Illinois Ave or Liberty & Claim St. It's amazing there!
