Great find! Yes, they were from Richmond, VA & formed in the early 90's. They were Frances Simmons - acoustic guitar, Erik Grotz - drums, Scott Hudgins - guitar & Sean Harris - bass. They broke up after only a few years.

Frances Simmons had the coolest voice. She did guest vocals and even sang lead on one track for the Boston based metal band Post Mortem on their album "Destined For Failure". I've uploaded two tracks on my channel. A damn shame more Aurora Paralysis stuff isn't uploaded on here. Info on the band is scarce to say the least.
