Appreciate someone talking about him! He's coming off minutes restriction from blood clots. He will easily average 10 rebounds a game starting (he was much of last year and continues when starting this year) He guards 1-5 and last night had 5 steals in 10 minutes. Vs Orlando he had 5 steals. And his shot is so much better since last year. Can't wait

He is so darn explosive and quick. He made a play on defense that was real subtle but spectacular at the same time, in a recent game.

Blood clots?
@javorszkypatrik195216 күн бұрын
@@detrockcity3yeah last year he had to sit out of 1/3rd of the season because he had a blood clot and have been playing with a minute restriction because of that

him and his brother are both freaks of nature athletically
@samuelediale6638Ай бұрын

Pistons went from tough-to-watch last season to fun-to-watch this season. The addition of Ronald Holland II has helped too. #GoPistons

I was there at the game, bro we are so happy to have him here in Detroit! This guy compliments Cade so much, a very good duo.

Best on ball defender on the team. If he is healthy he needs to play more.
@user-gx7hu2fn7cАй бұрын
Excellent and spot on assessment. Him and his brother are absolute Dawgs always going hard. Also great team players with no egos
@FitNerdzАй бұрын
Great vid! Also worth mentioning is that Fred Vincent, a great shooting coach was hired by the Pistons this season. And the Thompson brothers have fantastic work ethic also. I believe he'll improve a lot

Ausar is too smooth with it. A 6’7 guard-forward that will block your sht without trying and can jump out the gym. Amazing on ball defender if his 3 ball just gets respectable he’s a Superstar. Kid is so fun to watch

He was getting help with his shooting mechanics in the off season so once he have a healthy off season unlike last he can improve

He will never be running the offense as a point forward like Pippen. I assume you meant purely from a defensive perspective, an athletic shut down wing.

@GTC1374Ай бұрын
Not even close, Amen averages 17 point as starter and he’s the best defender on the better team.
@OliverNTwiztedCompanyАй бұрын
I'm not sure about that either, but since Ausar is Amen's twin, I'm always gonna have respect for him and want him to do good. Honestly, I wouldn't mind Ausar being on the Rockets ☺️
@je9950Ай бұрын
Amen is BY FAR the better offensive talent at this point. Ausar is basically a rim runner until his dribble game improves.

Houston is going to trade Ausor Thompson😮
@J.Ragland-hz1erАй бұрын
Your video's Title logically suggests that it is YOU, personally, who doesn't currently consider Ausar Thompson a "Star"... yet. This makes me think you'd make a poor talent scout, and could never be successful as an agent. Ranking...

Detroit is a terrible fit for him, and he will be wasted on that team. Plus, they don’t know what to do with him, they don’t know how to use him, and they don’t seem to understand what have in him either. Seems like the Pistons are more interested in developing their other players.
