You cannot overemphasize the importance of speaking German in Germany. For dual vocational training at least B1 to go to a school based training for a nurse at least B2. Unforetunately the anabin-webpage is only in German.

You need to see which authority is in charge of your certificate verification from Anabin. Each state have different authorities. Once you fix where you want to do your Ausbildung, you can search for verification authority. You should first register digitally and pay the fees, then upon request you can send the certificates.
