As an Australian the invasion day comment made me pretty sad, I grew up in a culture that loved and revered the people that came before us and built the cities, infrastructure and works of art we've all come to love. It should be a moment for us all to come together instead of trying to tear apart the fabric of our society. Our ANZAC servicemembers did not die for this.

2 questions you could maybe answer in your next q&a. How do Aussies deal with everything that tries to bite you, sting you and eat you? Do Aussies hold crocodile Dundee in as high regard as the Scots hold Braveheart? 😂

Thanks, Holly! This was interesting and very informative. Also very cool that you added typing and other things to keep it asmr. I missed some of your questions, (I will answer more when I listen again) but we definitely have Domino's and Pizza Hut - they're the two biggest pizza delivery chains here. (the pandemic might've affected that, but I'm not sure) Oh, and a lot of people do have real trees for Christmas. During the holidays vendors set up in lots (or in the case of NYC, sidewalks) selling pre-wrapped trees ready for home installation. (I've never had one - it's so much trouble and those pine needles are a mess!)

I find it so interesting that it's so popular to use real Christmas trees and over there but not in Australia for some reason. In my lifetime I think I've only met one family I knew that bought a real one each year- so they do exist but it's not as common. I wouldn't even know where to buy a real Xmas tree 😂 Also I totally agree with you, I don't need more mess either!

@@ASMRtherapist1 Aside from culture, I imagine a lot has to do with how easy those kind of trees are to find/farm in our respective environments? The fact that you wouldn't know where to find one says a lot. Where I am, you just see them around all over come December.

You are such a cool character. I used to have such low self-confidence but as you said, once you get working and if you have the right mindset and keep pushing yourself, you will build quite a bit of confidence. And once you reach that step, its amazing to see where you started, with all the worries and how far you made it. Things always work out (one way or another). And atleast in Germany we do use real trees for Christmas 😂We throw them out in January and rebuy them every year. There is a whole industry behind it. And even though snow here for Christmas is seldom, if the stars align its magical. Such a weird thing for me to imagine having Christmas at 30° 😂

Aww thank you! Not many people call me cool I must say, you'd be one of the first 🤣 as a kid I used to be so jealous of everyone who had Christmas in Winter- I so desperately wanted that magic feeling instead of that really hot sweaty feeling 😅 Maybe one day I can travel somewhere cold for Xmas and experience the magic- it sounds delightful 💖

@@ASMRtherapist1 I hope one day you get to come in from the cold, shake off the snow, put on a warm sweater and drink hot chocolate in front of a lit christmas tree. (or maybe you can start a "Summer Christmas" movement so you can celebrate when it's cold!)
