Another Aussie staple, have not ever seen with chunks of bread on top, breadcrumbs yes but not bread, i like it, im here for it, imma gonna use it........ hehe delicious!! Also mayo in mashed potatoes what a clever idea gives it a twang i guess.???

it gives it a little flavor like potato salad. when you live on staples long enough you tend to get creative with the basics. has always worked well for me. cooked many a budget meals without people noticing it being budget. have a lovely evening Mrs Pickles 😊💜
