In Victoria motorbikes and bicycles have an area in front of the left lane dedicated for the at traffic lights. They are suppose to move to the front if they want because they can move away faster than cars. I stay out of the left because of bicycles are slow and cars have to give way to them. Fact check it, but I think that's the rules... I believe that was Melbourne.

I get the feeling he was trying to stand it but went too far. As you'll notice, he gave it some stick earlier (maybe for a wheelie) and then went for a hard brake / front wheel stand possibly I've stood my bike on its front wheel , but not like that. It was only a 250 and very light . The thing is, if the back swings around or you push it too far, you end up like this guy. And yes, bad for the forks probably.
@xagtly8 күн бұрын
Doesn't affect the forks. No worse than a small pothole. Tried doing a stoppie and went too far. He should be trying this in an empty car park, if at all.

I've done some hard braking on the bike, but never lifting the rear. Maybe on the mountain bike. Coz as you lift the overall braking performance drops, it's hard to switch modes into the lift the rear style.

Riding without proper gear, riding with visor up in traffic, crashes bike for no good reason, gets straight back on a crashed bike without checking it is safe, lane splitting a damaged bike through an intersection. If you're reading this, claim the insurance on the bike and walk away before it's too late,.

lucky it looks lightweight like a 250cc and not as expensive to scratch as a bigger heavier bike. Looks like typical young riders I saw that would nonchalantly run stupid risks like 'meh - what could go wrong!?' You could DIE - or wake up in hospital with 3 limbs in traction like I did - but mine was caused by a car doing a totally illegal u-turn on a blind crest of a hill.
