Hello and welcome to my channel.
This is a 2-Part video, this I hope you'll find interesting, of my Austin Seven build.
In Part 1, I show the rolling chassis I bought from Ebay, the strip-down, paint and build back up to a rolling chassis ready to put a custom body on, which is shown in Part 2.
Any areas of the build you'd like to see more of please let me know in the comments as I have a lot more footage of this vehicle being built.
If you enjoyed this video please Like, Subscribe & Share and take a look at my other videos. Thank you for your interest, more to come soon!

I was the custodian of a beautiful 1937 Austin 7 Special that had been constructed as a hill climb and circuit racer. It was in ordinary condition when I bought it and I spent a wonderful time bringing back. My goal was to bring it to historic registration standard here in Australia to allow road use. Life circumstances made me pass it on to another enthusiast who completed the work. I deeply regret selling the car, and I think I always will. The Austin 7 is truly one of the great motor cars of all time.

Hi David, fantastic story, thank you for sharing! You may regret selling but what matters is you had one and enjoyed it. This is why I do my channel, to share stories of our interests from all over the world. I am building another Austin 7 over the next couple of weeks which will be on the channel soon. All the best, Simon

Really coming along. Thanks for sharing the video with us. I am building a 1928 Morgan from scratch. I am using an old opposed twin airplane engine coupled to an MGB transmission and then depending on whether it is 4 wheel or three wheel I have an MGB rear with cool wire wheels.

@@swcreations I am still in the sourcing components part. II am building a full machine shop to be able to cast and machine any parts that I or any of my friends may need. You included. So far I purchased a 1970's Atlas 6 inch lathe. This one has all the tooling such as the stabilizers as well as a bunch of metal and plastic to make parts from. Before this one I bought a Large 8 inch well known (but I just forgot) name lathe that is truly large enough to do many more things than the smaller one. I am still collecting parts for it. I also found a Burke No.4 Milling machine but it needs restored or at least modified for a DC motor drive. I found the most awesome machine ever from the aerospace industry which has a drill press and a special threading Tap and Die setup that was used for airplane fuselages and wings in the 40's. I also located a "Duplicarver". This will allow me to duplicate almost any part that I can secure inside into wood or styrofoam. I will use the styrofoam to then make aluminum castings of the part. I will be able to make any type of castings. I found out about a Pembleton car that is powered by a BMW motor an R-100 opposed twin. I purchased one of those and also an MG engine and transmission as well as a rear differential. I am going to mate the BMW motor to the MG transmission on the front like the Pembleton but keep it as a 1928 Morgan MG special. As soon as I am able to start restoring thte machines I will start the youtube channel and try and put out raw videos and see how people like them. I know I love unedited videos that show actual work and messups. I have. acouple months to go before I start the channel. I will start as it gets warmer in the Spring here in Pennsylvania.
