@@maciek8159 My go to is the Underhand grip pull-up. If you're struggling with doing one, the Assisted PULL-UP machine found in most gyms is one of the best machines EVER! Your biceps are strongest in the Underhand/ Neutral grip position making it easier to Pull yourself up and also get one of the best squeezes in your back. My second go to exercise is a Seated cable row. I can sit down, get a nice stretch in my lats, and get a deep squeeze in the middle of my back. It perfectly compliments the Pullup and those two exercises you can do for an entire lifetime in your fitness journey with tons of results from those two moves alone.
