they need to get doc out of the gm chair and trade austin and his ridiculous 11mill a year contract. Look for a better small forward! theyve had this hole since forever and doc still hasnt fixed it.

He's a decent NBA talent, I think he is where I thought he would be coming into the draft -he plays a lot, starts some games, gives good minutes, and makes a decent salary. I don't understand why people think he's trash -he's a upper mid-level NBA player that will have a decade long career -for all of us who played ball at the Athletic Scholarship level, he doing exactly what a lot of us COULDN'T! Stop the hate!
@snomelc920J
@snomelc920J 7 жыл бұрын
Agreed, he's avg 10/2/2 in 22 minutes, over last 7 years, he's a good bench player to fill in minutes, he has 2-4 years left in the league at best. Unless he makes a major impact with the Clippers or somewhere within that time frame.

As much as I would want to, I can't hate on Austin Rivers. Everything he said is true: he's improved every year since coming to a bigger team, and ever since that Portland series you can't question his character. He's no primadonna, and he's been backing up everything that he's said in terms of stats and overall team contribution. Again, I used to hate on this dude haaardddd....but credit where credit is due.

Gotta respect Austin. He might be out of the league if his dad hadn't signed him, but ever since then he's worked hard and he has definitely become a solid player for the Clippers

Sounds like a stand up guy to me. Tells it how it is. I gained alot of respect for him in 2016 playoffs when he played with a black eye. Dude straight up got heart and deals with alot of critics
