The master bath seems pretty small for this price range of home and the game room / movie room being basically the hallway between rooms upstairs is an interesting, if unwelcome imo, choice, I love some of the design tile choices though!

I agree, there are some elements of the home that I don't agree with... but the feeling you get on that lot, views and drive in.... it doesn't translate as well on video.

Good morning to you as I ALWAYS enjoy your videos so much! Guessing that is your Tesla too? Great choice 👍 BeaUtiful home....thank you for the tour! Front tile is gorgeous! I am guessing that is a spot for a washer/dryer in the closet???? Stay classy Austin! ( the ONLY "bummer" I will say is I HATE carpet....we removed all of the carpet from our home when we purchased it years ago & did our own floors with slate/wood/ & travertine...would not want to pay that money & have carpet...lol)

Thank you always for watching and for your thoughtful comments. We also deleted all carpet in our home, it does costs significantly but we do enjoy it.

This is a beautiful home. Is there a lot of snakes, scorpions, and spiders out there with all the green space around? I am not a fan of things that slither and creep and crawl.

I don't know if there is 'a lot' I have yet to encounter a snake or scorpion, but certainly they may be there!

Wow. Over 566.00 per square foot. It's as bad as Southern California.

Well like anywhere... location plays a factor..... the price per SF in Newport Beach is vastly different than the price per SF in Santa Ana. This happens to be an area where cost for land is higher... but it is not consistent with all of Austin or its surrounding cities.

Not the best use of land. Could have made the rooms bigger. Definitely doesn’t feel like a 2.5M home at all. Very disappointed in the value of it. Missed the mark.
@SoominKimRE3 жыл бұрын
Hi Asim , thank you for watching. I think when pricing homes or value of homes, the actual home itself and the rooms is not necessarily what moves the needle or determines the value.... a killer room layout or nice media room is not what drives the value....... but it is location and lot. Because there are homes 1/3of the size in areas of Austin for the same price built in 1970.
@asimawan94383 жыл бұрын
@@SoominKimRE oh I totally agree with your statement. Your representation and hard work aren’t being questioned. You do an amazing job. My comment was primarily intended for the builder and the lack of proper land usage and “wow factor” for a multimillion dollar home. Keep up the great work and keep the content coming. Love everything you’re doing!!

When a builder builds a spec custom home he’s hoping a buyer enjoys the layout , finishes and lot. Some might say this home is overpriced or it’s poorly use of space and so on but keep in mind it wasn’t designed for just one family but for the builder to attract multiple buyers. Yes building for yourself you can have a great architect design to your needs and only yours. Having a team of interior designers and landscape designers will get you what you want. Now the challenge is choosing a good builder/ subcontractors, budget, lot price but most of all is what a realtor will tell you it comes to location ,location ,location.

An over cut at the bottom of the window on left? If so and not a video artifact that is some petty poor swordsmanship.
