Code Description Jan to dec (2015) jan to dec (2016) jan to dec (2017) my excel has evry month allocation, and evry year, and I need to get the total amount per year, how to set up my table in access?, thank you so much😊 can I import my excel file?, or do I need to arrange it in what way?

please study more in Data Type in Access first at :support.office.com/en-us/article/Introduction-to-data-types-and-field-properties-30AD644F-946C-442E-8BD2-BE067361987C Code should be Text data type Description = Memo Jan to Dec should be Date data type and can be set to a field name like SaleDate Then you can use a query to to get amount for certain year.
