It's not perfectly efficient though. He has a lot of customers walking out with nothing because he is only stocking 1 or 2 products at a time. The most efficient setup is in fact the all item method as opposed to the one item method (it was patched so that certain customers want specific items; hence why you'll see some saying "I was looking for X"). For the one item people, if you don't have the item they want, they'll walk out empty handed. You can achieve 95-99% efficiency using the all item way. Efficiency in this context is measured by taking the amount of customers that checked out next to the amount of customers that visited at the end of the day. You want almost all visitors to also checkout. At 24:21, you can see he had 148 visitors but only 107 checked out. That's 41 customers who came in... couldn't find what they want and therefore walked out empty handed. On my file at just level 24, I had 112 visitors and 103 checked out. That means only 9 customers couldn't find what they want (I don't have the level to buy the licenses of all items of course). You can in theory get this to 100% if you can stock every one of all items. It also means I am selling as many products to roughly as many customers as him (107 next to 103) but at 10 levels earlier. He could bring the total customers that checked out to closer to the full 148 that are visiting.

Now you listen here Mr. Austin John Plays 😂, I live in Texas now and it does snow here contrary to popular belief. We got almost a foot of snow one week back in February 2021 and it basically shut down the whole state and especially our power grid (I know, I know it’s not east coast ready). We haven’t had any major issues that bad since, though we did have a bad-ish ice storm the following year. The rain just froze to branches and then a whole bunch of trees fell everywhere because even though our trees look great, they’re not the strongest.

One way to help is to waste a day. Buy all the stuff you need, open for the day, then immediately close. You might get one person who comes in and buys something but wait the day out. You'll see a huge negative for the day but that's fine. Don't buy anything the next day and put up all your most expensive cards. You should easily get to $30k of profit since the game will say you had no expenses.
