The brilliant comedy written by the late Jim Hitchmough. Starring Emma Wray, Paul Bown, Lisa Tarbuck and Patsy Byrne. When shy birdwatcher Malcolm meets the rather loud, bright young Brenda. It ran from 1987 to 1993
Episode 2 "Wrestling".
"Malcolm tells his colleague in the shop where he works about the day out with Brenda. Whilst at lunch, Brenda leaves a note with Mr Ambrose asking Malcolm to meet her in The Grapes. With more 'People Watching' being the activity of the day in the pub, it is not long before Brenda has persuaded Malcolm to take her for an Indian Meal."
