NZ ൽ ആകെ കൂടി 300 ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടാകത്തില്ല. അവർക്കാവശ്യത്തിനുള്ള STAFF ഉം ഇതിനോടകം ആയിക്കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനി VACANCY ഉണ്ടാകണമെങ്കിൽ HOSPITAL, CARE HOMES എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാകണം. അതൊന്നും ഉടനെ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നില്ല. ബഡ്ജറ്റ് ആണ് പ്രശ്നം. ഓസ്ട്രേലിയ യിലും ബഡ്ജറ്റ് തന്നെയാണ് പ്രശ്നം. VACANCY ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും OVERSEAS റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്റ് നിർത്തിവച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
