Australia is very impressive...I have been all over the world and am currently in the Oz for the first time and I'm blown away by the prosperity, attitude, and cleanliness of this country. You Auzzies are winning. Nice job.

This coastline’s been developed very much in the American style, like California and Florida. They even used some of the same place names too.

You've done a better job than the government issued travel videos. Although they try and cram everything into 3 minutes and yours is quite long, but it shows foreigners how the general population lives. Well done

Nice landscape shots but your settings need tweaking a bit to stop the footage being so choppy, I think your bitrate is too high, you should try lowering it.
@mharro886 жыл бұрын
Hashterix makes no sense you can't lower a bitrate? You want it as high as possible with 4k.

all these scenes are of gold coast itself or different places as mentioned????
@RichardMelvill7 жыл бұрын

@mattnorris71247 жыл бұрын
The majority of it is actually "The Gold Coast". Brisbane (which was in the opening shots) obviously isn't of course and Byron Bay is further South along the Eastern coastline. Mt. Warning is also in the Tweed Range which is South West of the Gold Coast and Springbrook isn't on the Coast but it's referred to as being part of the Gold Coast hinterland and is about 40km inland of Coolangatta at the Southern end of the Gold Coast. Definitely a part of the World worth visiting though, I'm actually planning on moving from Brisbane to the Gold Coast in the next couple of years.

How did u get permission to fly a drone in a no fly zone? I am shocks CASA hasn’t fined u anyone could have reported this.
@RichardMelvill7 жыл бұрын
Where was a no fly zone? DJI software tells me where the no fly zones are and there was no warnings, I did try closer to gold coast airport and it wouldn't even let me take off without big red warnings?
@pkerry127 жыл бұрын
Richard Melvill You need to download the Can i fly here app it will tell us where CASA says u can fly. CASA is the law not DJI. Brisbane city is off limits and its a no fly zone or known as a yellow zone and not a red zone
@RichardMelvill7 жыл бұрын
+PKTV I see. Even if I fly over the river (which I did other than the brisbane sign which was done hand held) which is more than 30m from people, cars or buildings?
@pkerry127 жыл бұрын
Richard Melvill u need to learn what is considered a yellow zone. If your fly in a yellow zone with out a permit and they see that video they will fine u. So I wouldn’t risk flying in yellow Zones
@RichardMelvill7 жыл бұрын
+PKTV thanks for the info. I dont live in AUS, was there on business and read up on the AUS laws before hand. Was not aware of this however.
